What is Bulk Send in DocHub?

Bulk Send lets you send the same document to many recipients at once, giving each person their own individual copy to sign. You track all the signatures from a single dashboard.

Do I need a paid plan for Bulk Send?

Yes. Bulk Send is available on DocHub's Pro and Site License plans. You can create a free account, but Bulk Send itself requires Pro.

Does everyone see each other's signatures?

No. Each recipient gets their own separate copy of the document, so signers don't see one another's information.

Can I track all the signatures in one place?

Yes. A single dashboard shows who has signed and who's still pending across the entire batch, and each signed copy has its own audit trail.

Are bulk signatures legally binding?

Yes. Signatures collected through DocHub comply with the US ESIGN Act and UETA, and the EU eIDAS SES tier, the same as any other DocHub eSignature.
